Dr. Disselbeck explains the technical terms: "This means that the cyst will be removed under a microscope with a fine scissor. Then the mucous smoothed out so that it can return to its original state. "
What does this mean for Bill next? The doctor: "He may not speak for ten days after surgery and will need voice training for the next three weeks with a speech and language therapist to strengthen his voice."

(o sea, está diciendo que Bill ya tenía el quiste internamente y que al forzar su voz ha ido saliendo más hacia fuera)
Después de esto, el archivo médico de Bill declara: "El problema de tal es que la colisión fuerza el labio de voz a golpear contra la superficie del labio de voz lisa que tira más sobre el área del hinchamiento" (un pokillo lioso la verdad...)
El especialista explica lo que esto quiere decir: "Normalmente las cuerdas vocales golpean hacia fuera donde se estiran al hablar en una longitud entera la una de la otra creando el sonido. Cuando Bill golpea la cuerda vocal derecha con el quiste, esto quiere decir que su voz es áspera y su voz cantando le dejaría de hablar en seco". (o sea, esta diciendo que las cuerdas vocales se juntan, vibran para producir el sonido y Bill al golpear la cuerda vocal derecha con la izquierda y tener el quiste en ésta le sale la voz así de ronca y que si cantara se podría quedar en mitad del concierto sin voz completamente)
PARA EL CANTANTE UN DESASTRE!
Entonces esot dice el archivo médico de Bill: "el señor Kaulitz tendrá una cirugía en la cual el quiste será quitado y las cuerdas vocales reconstruidas"
El doctor Disselbeck explica las condiciones técnicas: "Esto quiere decir que el quiste será quitado bajo un microescopio con unas finas tijeras. Entonces se quedará la mucosa lisa de modo que pueda volver a su estado original"
¿Qué significa esto para Bill después? El doctor: "él no podrá hablar 10 días después de la cirugía y necesitará que la voz se entrene durante las próximas tres semanas con un discurso y terapia de lengua para reforzar su voz"
