"Best Artist--New Artist was presented by LC from The Hills and Chance Chace (whatever his name is) from Gossip Girl. This is the one that we've been voting for all evening! Who would it be? Miley Cyrus? Jordin Sparks? Katie Parry? No! We voted for Tokio Hotel! Even LC and Chace seemed disappointed. Did you see Miley Cyrus mouth, "I dunno who they are!" I say, good for them! It's one award that fans get to vote for, so congrats to them! I never really heard of them, but I had played them on my live show on Blog TV that night, so it was kind of like I was being psychic, you know! I'm a fortune cookie!"
